1. Sanitary registration

In accordance with Article 2 of Royal Decree 191/2011, dated February 18 (B.O.E. of March 8), the company: Equsport Future S.L. (hereinafter Convixion), CIF No.: ESB26544148, Registered Address: Polígono 2 y 3, parcelas 451 a 830, 26585 - SANTA EULALIA BAJERA La Rioja, ESPAÑA, is registered in the General Sanitary Registry of Food Companies and Food Products under Registration Number: 16.005809/LO. Producer Product Registration Number: ENV/2025/000061183.

2. Purchasing

Shopping at our online store Convixion is quick, secure, and easy. We also guarantee a transparent and hassle-free purchasing process. Simply add the products you want to the cart, fill in your shipping and billing details, select your payment method, and click "Confirm Order and Pay."

We offer temporary promotions with discounts based on the quantity of products purchased. Discounts are not cumulative; the most advantageous discount for the customer will be applied.

3. Shipping

Orders will be processed within a maximum of 24-48 business hours and delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination area. We guarantee optimal transport conditions to preserve the safety, freshness, and quality of our oil.

We offer free shipping to mainland Spain. For shipments to the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and displayed in the order.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores Islands and Madeira Island and other European Union countries, please contact us for additional charges.

5. Returns

In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return products that have not been opened or tampered with. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors, in which case we will cover all costs.
