The Convixion Textile project by Grupo Morón focuses on research and development of fabrics and technical solutions for manufacturing innovative items for the competitive equestrian sector.
The main goal is to improve comfort for both riders and horses, as well as to provide greater functionality and effectiveness in the fabrics used in this field.
To achieve this, the project aims to significantly enhance existing solutions by introducing new textiles with advanced features, seamless piece joining, innovative treatments and improved processes to enhance performance, resilience and durability of the products.

They must be made of thermal, breathable, quick-drying fabrics, providing wind protection and preventing water penetration. |
| Fleece rugs | |
They should offer a high absorption capacity per square centimeter to facilitate the fastest drying possible and thus protect the horse from the cold. |
| Stable rugs | |
They must protect the horse from both abrasions or rubbing against the stable walls and the cold. |
| Summer rugs | |
They must protect the horse from high temperatures, evacuating sweat quickly, reflecting ultraviolet rays and may also incorporate insecticide treatments to prevent attacks from flies and insects. |
| Saddle pads |  |
They should be durable, non-slip to prevent the saddle from slipping, absorbent and have hypoallergenic, antibacterial and/or healing treatments to prevent allergic reactions and wounds caused by rubbing. |
| Boots |  |
They must offer high resistance and durability, easy cleaning and provide a quick adjustment system for quick on and off while ensuring full persistence. |
| Bandages |  |
They should be breathable, hypoallergenic and provide strong support with a quick closure system using self-adhesive strips. |
| Girths |  |
They should be very rigid and absorb traction forces, while also protecting the horse from rubbing and allergies. Therefore, they can combine different types of high-tenacity synthetic fabrics, such as polyamide, with other thermal, breathable and hypoallergenic fabrics. |
| Stable flooring |  |
They must be highly durable and resistant, providing excellent shock absorption to protect the horse's joints, preventing the accumulation of dirt and dust for easy cleaning and offering good thermal insulation while remaining dry. |
Convixion Textile Solutions
To manufacture these products, Grupo Morón offers various fabrics to the market that result from innovation and technology, which hold several international patents.
They also comply with regulations on harmful substances such as REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and CADS RSL 2021 List of Restricted Substances / Version 08, which are applicable in various fields, including the equestrian sector.
